TERMS AND CONDITIONS - WORKSHOPS
By signing up for a workshop you accept the following disclaimer:

"I understand that the presence of a Casting Director or Agent is absolutely not a guarantee or promise of employment or representation. I further understand that the intent of this class is solely educational and not a form of job interview or audition."

1. Once booked, it is your responsibility to know the dates and times of workshops.

2. We ask you to check the WORKSHOP NOTICEBOARD before each class for any last
minute reminders or alterations. Missing information by not doing so is your responsibility.

3. Please arrive 5 mins before the start of workshop.

4. Bring a headshot and CV to each workshop to hand in to the Casting Director or Agent.

5. The workshops are not an audition and are in no way a promise of work or representation.

6. If you need to cancel.
CANCELLATION OF BLOCK BOOKING;
-If you need to cancel an entire block booking- please do so one week prior to the start of the course in order to receive a full refund.
-Cancellation after this point will result in loss of course fees.
CANCELLATION OF SINGLE CLASS;
We understand that occasionally work or illness mean you have to miss a workshop on the course. Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds for single workshop cancellations.
-Please do not ‘No Show’. Please give us as much advance notice as possible, via email at andreya@theactorsplatform.com.
-Failure to make this courtesy contact 24hrs in advance, two or more times may result in you loosing your place on the rest of the course.

CANCELLATION OF AGENT WORKSHOP
To cancel your place on an Agent Workshop you must email andreya@actorsplatform.com. Cancellations received more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
If you cannot make the workshop for any reason please notify us. As Agents will have received your information before the workshop, a ‘no show’ without explanation, will look bad on you and Actors Platform.

7. If we need to cancel.
We, of course want to avoid this ever happening, but there may well be unforeseen circumstances that result in a workshop being cancelled and no alternative offered. In this instance we will inform you via the WORKSHOP NOTICEBOARD and you will receive a credit towards your next course of workshops.

8. Occasionally a Casting Director or Agent may need to alter or cancel. Actors Platform reserves the right to swap Casting Directors/Agents and/or their dates if the need arises. Any such alterations will be posted on the ‘WORKSHOP NOTICEBOAD’ with as much notice as possible.

9. There are no substitutions. If cannot take part in one of the workshops you cannot substitute someone else to take your place.
