Actors Platform Membership

We are excited to launch the new ACTORS PLATFORM Membership.

Membership is FREE to all actors that register for the Platform Workshops and those chosen to take part in The Platform shows.

Every member will receive an Actors Platform membership card with a unique identification number.

Writers’ Platform takes place on the last Tuesday of every month immediately after The Platform show. Writers’ Platform is a selection of 10 page samples of new plays and screenplays cold read by Actors Platform members.

ACTORS - HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Please turn up at 8.30pm (or ideally come and watch The Platform) and put yourself forward.

The writer will be on-hand with scripts and will choose appropriate actors for the parts. (This is a cold read and you do not have to learn or prepare the lines.)

Chairs will be put along the stage, the writer will give the audience a brief run down of the story and introduce the characters and then you read!

It’s a fun way to practice your cold reading skills and to network with writers and producers.
