C10 - PLACES AVAILABLE

First Choose the course you would like to join – i.e C10 (see Next Workshops for dates and times)

Complete the BOOKING FORM with a link to your Spotlight resume. (Workshops are for professional actors or those with training).

Otherwise attach your CV and head shot.

Do not send payment till you have been offered a place on a workshop.

Membership to the Casting Director workshops costs £170. This includes six, 3hr workshops with six Casting Directors.

Actors Platform Members receive a 5% discount and the cost is £161.50.

You will then receive a ‘confirmation of reservation’ email, your place is now ‘reserved’. You will be asked to send payment and your place will not booked until payment is received.

If you reserve a place then change your mind- please tell us, so we don’t hold the place for you.

Once payment is received we will email you confirmation. Your place is now ‘booked’.

Once you are booked- PLEASE CHECK THE ‘WORKSHOP NOTICEBOARD’ BEFORE EACH CLASS.

Classes are on a first-come first-served basis and appropriate CV. Once all places are taken you may go on the waiting list.

WAITING LIST

 

THE FULL COURSE -Once on waiting list if there are cancellations for a your chosen course we will contact you.

INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS –If last minute places become available those on the waiting list have the opportunity to take part in a single workshop for £32.

If all courses are full and you would like to go on the waiting list complete the BOOKING FORM and check the waiting list box. We will email or text you the day before the class if there are any spaces available. The first person to respond will be given the place.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Once booked, it is your responsibility to know the dates and times of workshops.

2. We ask you to check the WORKSHOP NOTICEBOARD before each class for any last

  minute reminders or alterations. Missing information by not doing so is your responsibility.

3. Please arrive 5 mins before the start of workshop.

4. Bring a headshot and CV to each workshop to hand in to the Casting Director.

5. The workshops are not an audition and are in no way a promise of work.

6. If you need to cancel.

CANCELLATION OF BLOCK BOOKING;

-If you need to cancel an entire block booking- please do so 2 weeks prior to the start of the course in order to receive a full refund.

-If you give one weeks notice you will receive a 50% refund.

-Cancellation after this point will result in loss of course fees.

CANCELLATION OF SINGLE CLASS;

We understand that occasionally work or illness mean you have to miss a workshop on the course. Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds for single workshop cancellations.

-Please do not ‘No Show’. Please give us as much advance notice as possible, via email at melissa@theactorsplatform.com.

-Failure to make this courtesy contact 24hrs in advance, two or more times may result in you loosing your place on the rest of the course.

7. There is NO SWAPPING BETWEEN COURSES.

8. If we need to cancel.

We, of course want to avoid this ever happening, but there may well be unforeseen circumstances that result in a workshop being cancelled and no alternative offered. In this instance we will inform you via the WORKSHOP NOTICEBOARD and you will receive a credit towards your next course of workshops.

9. Occasionally a Casting Director may need to alter or cancel. Actors Platform reserves the right to swap Casting Directors and/or their dates if the need arises. Any such alterations will be posted on the ‘WORKSHOP NOTICEBOAD’ with as much notice as possible.
